 note = {The advantages of endoscopic surgery are a smaller incision, less pain, and better cosmetic resultin comparison with open surgery. We reported the successful extirpation of multiple fibroadenomas of thebilateral breasts in a 15-year-old woman using endoscopic devices by lifting method through retromammaryspace. A 35 mm incision was made on the midaxillary line, and the device for dissection of tumorswas ultrasonic coagulator and bipolar scissors. Scar-free breasts with an excellent cosmetic resultwere achieved. Benign breast tumors in young women are considered to be ideal candidates for this type ofvideo-assisted extirpation.},
