The patients were classified into theyoung-aged (less than 35), the middle-aged (between 36 and 69) and the old-aged (over 70 years old) group. Basicallythe same treatment was done on all patients. No significant differences were found among 3 groups, in terms of tumorsizes, histopathological characteristics and rates of estrogen receptor expression. Compared to the othergroups, the young group had significantly higher frequencies of lymph node metastasis and higher levels ofurokinase-type plasminogen activator (p<0.05), whereas no differences were found in the 10-year overall survivalrates. These results indicate that young patients should be treated more intensely with adjuvant systemic therapyand strictly followed-up.}, pages = {29--35}, title = {年齢別にみた原発生乳癌手術症例の臨床病理学的検討}, volume = {15}, year = {2000}, yomi = {アベ, ハジメ and ナイトウ, ヒロユキ and ウメダ, トモコ and シオミ, ヒサノリ and タニ, トオル and コダマ, マサシ} }
