A Physical examination indicated right lower abdominal tenderness. Abdominal contrast computed tomography revealed edematous change and free air in the right lower region. The patient was thus diagnosed with perforation of the ileal diverticulum. An emergency partial resection of the ileum was performed. Pathological findings revealed perforation of the pseudo-diverticulum.
