","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、鼠径部のヘルニアの手術は、多種多様なメッシュの開発により複雑になってきている。\nこのような状況で鼠径部ヘルニア疾患に関する診療の充実・研究の進歩発展と普及させるため、2003年に日本ヘルニア研究会（2008年にヘルニア学会として再編）が発足した。滋賀県内でも、ヘルニア診療に特化した研究会の設立が企画され、県内の外科医有志により、県内のヘルニア診療の充実を目的とし2007年に滋賀ヘルニア研究会が設立された。\n滋賀ヘルニア研究会では、年1回、講演会と参加施設からヘルニア診療に関する一般演題を募り、ヘルニア診療について発表・意見交換を行っている。昨年までに16回の研究会の開催を重ね、参加施設は滋賀県内26施設まで増加している。2009年4月からは、参加施設にデータ登録を依頼し、解析を行っており、2016年までで約5300例のデータが集積されている。これらのデータをもとに県内のヘルニア診療の特長や各施設間のヘルニア診療の違いなどを全国規模の学会などで発表している。今後も年1回の予定で開催し、エキスパートによる講演会と演題発表の形式で継続予定であるが、現在のデータベースで評価できていない再発や慢性疼痛などの合併症のデータ収集できないか模索中である。ネガティブなデータを含めて、各施設にフィードバックする事でより充実した質の高いヘルニア診療が行なっていけるのではないかと考えられる。　","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_publisher_32":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"滋賀医科大学雑誌編集委員会"}]},"item_3_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0912-3016","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_version_type_15":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"森,
