We evaluated serum level of PSA,testosterone, LH, FSH before and three months after initiation of CAB therapy. Similarly, we evaluated prostate volume andInternational Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS). Through CAB therapy, serum level of PSA, testosterone, LH, FSH and IPSSwere significantly decreased through CAB therapy. We observed several minor side effects: hot flash (3 cases), breast pain (1case) and itching (1 case). We did not observe any severe side effect. There was no obvious disadvantage by using a genericbicaltamide for CAB therapy.
