 note = {Departmental Bulletin Paper, Pancreatic endocrine tumors are rare malignancies originating in neuroendocrine cells of the pancreas. Annual incidence isestimated to be less than 1 per 100,000 and approximately half are metastatic disease. We report a case of 47-year-old man whoreceived palliative care combined with intravenous injection of Strontium (89Sr) to relieve uncontrollable pain from bonemetastases of pancreatic endocrine tumor. Pain was diminished at three days after administration of Strontium (89Sr). Strontiumtherapy in palliative care would be favorable to relief uncontrollable metastatic bone pain of pancreatic endocrine tumor.},
