Through a subsequent systematic approach usingtissue microarray, RNA interference, and high throughput enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay techniques as well asbioinformatics, we have identified a set of molecules that fall into the category of oncoantigens. These molecules arepotentially promising candidates for the development of new diagnostic biomarkers.
