Recently, theyhave emerged as potentially important clinical biomarkers in heart failure. The heartsecretes two major natriuretic peptides: atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and brainnatriuretic peptide (BNP), while C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) is mainly secretedfrom the brain and blood vessels. The physiological effects of NPs are initiated bybinding to natriuretic peptide receptors (NPRs), which are widely distributed inseveral organs. This review describes: the expression of natriuretic peptides in thecardiomyocytes differentiated from ES cells and their role in the cardiomyocytedevelopment. We also describe the detailed distribution of NPRs in the centralnervous system and their possible functions in various brain regions.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_publisher_32":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"滋賀医科大学雑誌刊行会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_3_version_type_15":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"ABDELALIM, Essam Mohamed","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"TOOYAMA, Ikuo","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"遠山, 育夫","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"トオヤマ, イクオ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-02-16"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"jsums2201p001.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"222.8 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"jsums2201p001.pdf","url":"https://shiga-med.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/111/files/jsums2201p001.pdf"},"version_id":"49bc9d5d-a10c-4d0a-bd66-527f29fcf512"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Natriuretic peptides in embryonic stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes and their receptors in the CNS.","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Natriuretic peptides in embryonic stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes and their receptors in the CNS.","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"3","path":["144"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2016-04-12"},"publish_date":"2016-04-12","publish_status":"0","recid":"111","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Natriuretic peptides in embryonic stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes and their receptors in the CNS."],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-12-27T07:52:34.483599+00:00"}
